IR module is healthy.  Drives are fully operational.

If I could just clear the 6004 error I would.  I need to determine why this alarm is setting.  What signal is missing.

What would cause the bad characters see in the pictures?
Thanks again.

Accessing the PLC status in the control, I was hoping to determine what input signal was missing to clear the 6004 error.

I was expecting to access a map of IO, not this cryptic text and frozen system.

Parameters seem fine, I believe only 1-2 programs have run, sucessfully.

Is there a PDf for the sinumerik 805?  Does the 810/840 still apply?  I could then use the I/O LED's to determine what signal is missing.

Regards,

Hello all, hoping there is a quick fix for this....

I have a production machine down right now.  400VAC input... DC Bus flucuates.   Symptoms are when all enables are finally engaged, the I/R module 6SN1145-1BA00-0CA0 has 600VDC and shows a luminating active #4 yellow LED for a short period of time (2-3 seconds), at which point all LED's are off for approx 20-30 seconds while DV voltage drops imediately to ~200V (I only watched it twice) and slowly climbs up to ~500V, then yellow LED again for 2-3 seconds and cycle repeats.

The rectifying diodes appear to bias properly.... so must be capacitors???
Any further testing or conclusions I can make?

Thanks in advance.

hi. all
I have a same problem. I am working an industrial electronic repair company. .
I give power (380v) to E/R module. Module is alone. When I give power to drive , Green and yellow led lit active , DC link bar voltage 575volt and falling 290volt and pulling contactor, again 575v. Where is the problem.  I have check the software card and all components. I haven't find defective components. I will upload video for driver status near future.
Thanks .

Kind Regards.
