LOGO! communication with HMI

hi all

i have a small project in which i need a small controller like logo!, but the issue is that i need to use and HMI (PC based or any other) , can logo! communicate with an HMI? if yes can it use LAN?

Yes, wait until summer, then Siemens will launch the new generation ..0BA7.
Here you can connect SIMATIC HMIs via ethernet. Rnf:lblSmileyTooltip_

Or you can use the existing LOGO! with LOGO! TD (no LAN connection).

My suggestion is for S7-1200.Rnf:lblSmileyTooltip_ instead of using S7-200.

Good susgestion indeed, the 200 is a little out off date and production will stop one of these days.
Ethernet communication is not that good, and hmi is not possible by ethernet communication, just point to point communication.

And how would be communication parameters set? In flex. as s7-200? Or there would be complete new hmi design program?
