Please I've encountered a problem regarding downloading of the parameters in T400 Board!
First i upload the technology parameters only using drive monitor and it was successfuly uploaded.
Then i tried to download the parameters but it gives me a lot of rejected parameters.

Can anyone help me with my problem on t400 board on how to do the properly downloading? I tried to manually change the said error values but i cannot see the parameters value writen above.

What order number have your T400?
Is it with standard program or the free-programmed?

What T400 do you have?
If your T400 is used in the Simovert drive, check P053 parameter. If in Simoreg, check P051 and P927.

  1. Are you shure this parameters are not read-only parameter?
  2. You may have the "swing control" application.
    If yes, please check you have a T300 or T400 (The T300 has a removable memory module, the T400 not).
    The swing control on T300 is offical SIEMENS product, the one on T400 is a individual solution. 
    • If you have "swing control" on T300 you can send a support request.
    • If you have "swing control" on T400 you must contact the person, department or company that solt it to you.

Hello, Sir KSN we used 6 D01606-0AD0 technology 400 on simovert masterdrives VC (6SE7033-7TG60-Z).

Sir MIAMI i dont know what you mean that "swing control"?
We have a lot of machine that we are use a technology 400 and 300, In my 4 years of experiences doing a trouble shooting on the siemens drives is the first time that i encountering this kind of the problem and i want to do by my own risk before me calling a siemens local support. So pls. Sir's help me to solve my problem.

6DD1606-0AD0 is clear T400, which may be programmed using Step7, CFC and D7-SYS. It also may contain parameters, which you can upload and download using DriveMonitor. This parameters are created in CFC by using pseudo comments at block I/O's. I think you should ask the author of T400-program about this parameters.

I translated the german word "Pendelwinkeldämpfung" with swing control, maybe position control is better.
It shall prevent the swinging of the load when the crane moves or wind blows.
In the attachment, when the crane turns (green) and stops, the load will swing (red).
With a swing control (or positon control) the crane will move so, that the load is standing still, right above the target position, and the swinging will be compensated.

As far as I know this control was realised in T300 and T400. It was not sold seperately as product, but as part of a solution (maybe with drives and mechanics) from the motion control department of Siemens.

Thank's to both of you Sir for the prompt reply are very helpful to me.

Sir KSN i tried to upload the parameters value on the working T400 Board, but the problem was when i download the parameters a lot of rejected value are not successfully loaded..! Any parameters need to change before i download it?

How your PC with DriveMonitor is connected to the Simovert? Do you enable this parametrization interface in parameter P053?
