NO. Not only 400 stars, Let's say he is rated 400 times with average 4 stars. (About 1600 star)!!!!

I don't see why people would still care about travelling salesman problem nowadays. You can simply buy stuff on the internet.

May be, that explains UMENCHOS own "hate - post" in the German Forum?

But unfortunally (or fortunally), nobody can understand what he means....

that UMENCHO is always very present here,
not only at campaign time.

So it is unfair to call him a point -catcher.
Look his post in the last years, they have a high level,
also if there is no campaign.

But I dont like his hate - post in german forum,
even if it mades no sense.
