(0)  Hello jitu; Sadly, there is so little information in your request that it would be difficult for us to help yoou, except in the most general way (like suggesting manuals from the Product support page on Profibus networks, S7-300 CPUs and drives). Just an example: you say you need help on a CPU 314 2C; but there is no such descriptive in the Siemens Catalog. There is a CPU 314C-2 DP, with a Profibus-DP port, and a CPU 314C-2 PtP, with only a serial port. Which are you asking help on? It would make a huge difference for your application. Please come back to us with more details, part numbers, or maybe a sketch of the setup you plan to work with. We need to know details about the exact FMs and drives you want to interface also. Profibus communiation between the CPU's? That is possible, as well as master-slave communication or as master-master communication (DP/DP-couplerneeded). The more you tell the more answers you get.
