I'm desiging A visulalization project with PC Wincc Flexible 2008 and will used Screen 20 inch, but i don't have it now, So will design that project on other screen 19inch

What is the best resolution selected which when transfer project on screen 20 inch my visuals doesn't crashed?

This problem solved starting from WinCC flexible SP2.

Here is bellow links for SP2 & Update 13.of SP2.

Here is attached picture that shows different resolutions with SP2. 

Please note that SP2 is not the latest version. SP3 is also released but it is not downloadable for free from Siemens Web site. Here's bellow link for SP3 ordering details:

I am not sure If you need to update to Upd. 13 or not. On my PC I have Update 13. You can see the available resolutions as per attached picture of my previous post. Please check if you have same resolutions too.

But according to Delivery Release: Service Pack 2 for SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008 Entry, It stated in New Functionality section:

So, the above resolutions were added as from WinCC flexible 2008 SP2.
