Hi,

I have some problem with Mass6000.

The machine which dispensing a liquid to bottles, consist of Sensor MASS 2100 and Mass600 with Profibus PA Profile. 
So far, everything worked OK, but suddenly at work the system stopped showing total dispensed mass on visualization and start dispensing liquid as long as the time limit was elapsed.

All of the other parameters downloaded from Mass6000 (like temperature, flowrate, density)  on visualization are OK. In system manager in PLC i can see that the variable which is linked to the total mass from flowmeter doesn't changing when the nozzle are dispensing liquid.

I haven't got any experience with flowmeter so it's a huge problem to me to solve this problemsad

any suggestions?laugh

I didnt understand your process. can you send  a example?
do you have PDM?
PCS7?
Buffer Diagnostic?
