Switching Languages

I'm trying to configure a button to switch languages between German and English using Protool. We are using Simatic panel TP170B. In the properties in All Functions I can not find the Language option. Although when I open an exsisting project that is using a OP270 and confugured one of the F-keys for the language I see the Language option in the All Function option.
Is that language option available for the TP170 series?

Hello rmonroe,
It should be available. 
Perhaps when you go to Functions -> Toggle Here should also be the possibility to choose "Language"
