6RA70 With T 400 Technology Card

Dear All,

I have to replace one 6RA70 with CBP1+T400 card with a new one using same T 400 Card.

I tried it by adopting following steps.

1. I genrate database of Technology card in my PG by going online to drive through drive monitor.
2. I used Upload Basic Drive and technology Module Sothat i have a complete parameter backup file.
3 I replaced the old drive with new one using the same T 400 card
4. I download the uploaded file into the drive.

After downloading the file i found there is some faults related to T400 on hmi. Like 1.C731- CH off Block .2. C723- CUD1 Communication fault.

When i see parameters of T 400 card online i got only two parameter which i can change and the description of those not avilable and rest all the parameters are read only and i can also see the parameter related to fault said above like C731 and C723 i can see the fault status is 1

i cant understand what is went wrong. is there any step missing in downloading the programm. Or how should i dignose the problem.

Hello.
What T400 do you have: sheet cutter (SPS450), angular synchronous contr. or axial winder?
On which HMI do you see this faults?
What faults do you see on the drive?

Dear KSN,

Its none of the three. Its having user CFC logic.

the drive is olinked with a s7-300 and HMI on Field Bus.

the drive does not show any fault its in healthy state. Only hmi shows fault related to T 400, I know these are user faults. But i confused what happens when i restore old drive then everything OK.
I tried to use the existing CUD1 card also but prob not solved.

Hello.
How do you generate database for T400 if it has CFC-user program? DriveMonitor does not know the parameters of this program, it knows only preloaded T400 (sheet cutter (SPS450), angular synchronous contr. or axial winder).
In your case you need only upload parameters from basic drive and download them to the new drive. But it is better to ask the person who made the installation (T400-program) on how to properly replace the drive, and also ask him about description of faults on HMI.

Dear Sir,

After Genrating Database I got 1 option while selecting technology. Its Tech000, I attached snap shot for teh same. And a parameter snapshot also attached. Pls see and suggest.
