I am trying to repair Simovert VC 6SE7024-7ED61-Z and there are part which I cant find datasheet ant test it. Local Representatives  also can't help. Looks like MOSFET Module. Marked:

Siemens

2X14KJF

I do not recognize completely from picture of that specific part.

Attached pdf may help as this may be the specific part, especially if there are three side by side on drive.

Hi Genady, I have included the parts list (in case you need some other parts) and a zoomed picture, but they are pretty low resolution to start with.

I don't think the device is a transistor/mosfet, I believe it is a resistor, it is the same package size as the snubber resistors from the larger frame sizes (of which there are usually 6 of them), but in the case of smaller drives, I think it is the balancing resistor.

This acts as a potential divider and creates a 0VDC point from which the power transistors can switch.

Thats my guess anyway.
