I have one suggestion regarding My Issues

Right now, there isnt any notification for replied issues. We have to check regular whether issue is handled or Not

Its better that atleast one PM should be sent after finishing Issue so that original user knows about status without checking everytime

Hello.
Good idea, but I think it will be good to have an e-mail notification about finished issue and new PM also.

Email Notification is not for My Issues I guess


Yes, thats true BUT if we get PM - Notification,
we will have Email - Notification already also "free of charge".

I dont think we will get Email by default on getting PM Notification

Or we??

B T W what does Enable eMail notification for all my contributions mean? If I select it, do we get email for PM?

Hello.
Currently the e-mail notifications works only for subscription to thread, conference or to the user from buddy list. For new PM this don't work.

yes we are really bus, but we are trying to answer every suggestion. I think you don´t mind when these suggestions will be answered not so fastcool, as threads about technical questions have a much higher priority then these ones here.
So now about your suggestion.
The status at the moment is that we only have email-notifications on threads you marked.
There is no notification on issues or private messages.
The possiblity to realize these notifications is there but the questions would be what is the benefit, and when does "spam" starts. For example i think some users have frequent contact to others via private messages and i know that some users use the issues very often. So you would get many mails from forum, and i think some users wouldn´t like this.
We are thinking about some kind of popup for all "news" (pm,issues, new posts) when you are logged in in forum. But it is only a thought and we don´t know if this will be realized in future.

I think something is mixed Upblush

I suggested to give Notification as a PM for Issues. I agree what you said about Email Notification but All problem is related to email Only

What about just one PM after completing Issue? I dont mind to receive one PM for my One IssueRnf:lblSmileyTooltip_

we will keep it in mind. But i have to say that it is needful to mix this up, because there were discussions that some users don´t notice that they have new private messages. And these users wouldn´t notice the pm after a finished issue.

Hello One more thing I want to add as suggestion in My Issue

Its about having reply option after Moderator comment

Recently I created one issue for which Moderator gave some comment and I want to give some reply of that comment but it is not Possible. I know that I can do using PM but then I have to start from begining of issue

Atleast one reply should be possible after Moderator Comment

we added this to the "wish-list", but i think this has lower priority, because i don´t think that so much people would use it. At the moment you could write us a private message when you want to comment on an issue, and we get almost no private messages about issues.
I also think that not much people even look into MyIssuesRnf:lblSmileyTooltip_ , so i think it is not really necessary to have such a feature.

Hmm..I like to use it more often.

I just checked my issues, they are total 56 and out of them, 28 are from april onwards so almost 1 and half month..
