Dear friend
to do so first make a copy of your CD on your H.D
search all file of protool cd for *.exe files and open the properties for every file
Through the compatibility of each file choose windows xp sp2 or sp3 for each exe file
after finishing for all files now try to install the software , I tried this and it is OK
