i work with TIA PORTAL V11
and i searching for instruction  that always will tell me the level of the water
is ther instruction  like that?

Dear boazeventall ,

if your level transmitter is connected to one of the analog input channel of your PLC, yes you monitor the level of water in your tank. The analog input channel converts the analog signal into digits. These digits you just need to scale to your physical range.

use a scaling block to convert analog signal counts to your engineering units.
