Is win cc basic v11 released by siemens

what is the difference of win cc basic v11 with simatic step 7 basic v11 and TIA portal v11 SP2

Can I use simatic step7 v11 sp2 instead of wincc basic v11, which is advanced one, Is it suitable for simatic HMI KTP600 basic  to configure with Logo V7. Is any service pack for vin cc v11, which is the latest one. Still I dont have a software installed in my PC for configuring V7 logo with HMI panel.
Which is the correct software I have to install.Please give me the order Number:
