I have get difficulty to give rating to other member post.
I have attached snapshot of this problem.
Please tell me what exactly problem.

Have you tried to rate another Post?

Are you getting same to other Post also?

At what time you tried to give rating?

What I think is, Rating limit per day is counted up to time when forum is updated

Today, all datas updated very  late so may be you hit daily limit

I guess you can rate now

there is nothing wrong to disclosed this things, due to this limited no. I give rating only detailed & useful post.
Also same rating limit, there is any restriction/limitation  to " thank " & if yes then what is limit per day...

Maybe i don´t understand you correctly, but the limit is:
You can thank/rate 10 times per day
