Hi,

          I am using CPU315 2 PN/DP with 512 kb memory card.But mistekally i have formatted memory card using my pc.Now i am not able to download plc programme in to plc.It is giving error which is attahced here.Please let me know what i have to do..............

Replace your mmc card you can not format it in windows just with step7 you can erase it

This issue have been discussed here before.
To conclude, please buy another Simatic S7 MMC and insert it in the CPU and download the program to it. It should work.
The Formatted one will not work again.
