Digsi Station 61850 configurator dificulty for SIPROTEC...

The same answer apply:
 did you configure one of the Siprotecs to receive GOOSE Messages?
You should have some "External Information" and as source the column S (system) activate.

Thank you, problem is solved, i was using EM instead of  ExAS like i had read in a help in spanish,
