Loss of program on Simotion

(0)  Hello Occasionally CPU's of  our machines (all)  D425/D435 lose the program. The CPU is in Run mode, but the CPU is not present in the memory,  indeed the led DP1/DP2 is off even if is configured. Our solution is to send to the custommer the folder USER which they load on the CF card of the Simotion, so they can restart. I would like to know what appen? What is the reason for this? How can I avoid it? Thankyou Davide

(0)  Thankyou for the immediate repply. 1. this problem appen on different machine and to different custommer. I never connect via teleservice when it appen, because sometime it need much time: However in the future I will do to check the diagnostic buffer. I could ask to custommer to save the buffer using NCK selector. 2. in the picture attached there is the configuration of the last CPU where is appened the problem today (normally we save this picture before to install the new machine, but I don't know exacly in wich other machine appened the problem, I have to ask to our service). 3. I can exclude that is the custommer to delete the user folder, because they are connect to the machine only by an MP277 Thankyou

When the customer forget to switch the nck selector to position 0 then ist can be possible thats the stored user directory ist not used at bootup time of the cpu. Normally you can see this in the diagnostic log of the CPU. Regards Christoph

(0)  Sorry I wrang to attach the file, probably I forget to do "Upload Attachment" !!. The custommer wasn't able to create diagnostic buffer, I just explained him how to do (and  I reccomended him to put the selector in 0 position after the procedure). In this post you can found DIAG folder created, here you should find all info you need. I see that in diagbuff.htm there is message "No hardware configuration loaded ". However tomorrow an our service technician will be to the custommer to reload the program by Scout.
