Reset PLC MailBox

Dear Experts,
While dowloading the recipe data to the plc I am getting the error " Reset PLC Mailbox" continously. It occurs whenever I download the recipe data second time. So what is the solution of this problem. And how can I reset the Mail Box of the PLC. I am using MP377 HMI and 315-2 PN/DP CPU. In addition some how if I magane to reset the mailbox is there any possibilty that it will also reset all the data from mailbox which are in use of other operations to the PLC.
