If the PLC slave receives some setpoints of regulation from the master, after the loss of communication the slave keeps on commanding his out with the same values of setpoint? Thanks in advance

Of course the input range filled up by the master is filled with "0" when the master is missing. But the loss of communication with the master can be detected (OB86 is called).
