  Whether you’re producing cultured, mildly cultured, or sweet cream butter, the process includes treating, heating, degasifying, cooling, and ripening the cream. After the buttermilk is separated off, the finished butter is packaged. The goal is to maintain spreadability and appropriate water content, even when there are seasonal variations in the quality of the raw milk.

Mastering this starts with a high-level process control system.  SIMATIC PCS 7 give you the ability to plan, program, visualize and batch manage uniformly across all sequences. Our MES applications are directly linked to the process control system and provide you with greater flexibility and productivity. Additional components include our pump drives and measurement techniques, all of which ensure that your products are cream of the crop.
