SIMATIC ET 200S FC frequency converters

Standard drive with integrated safety technology

The SIMATIC ET 200S FC frequency converter continuously controls the speed of induction motors and handles drive tasks with basic frequency control (V/f control up to sophisticated closed-loop vector control). The Safety SIMATIC ET 200S FC frequency converters provide autonomous, integrated safety functions, that are certified according to Category 3 in compliance with EN954-1 and in accordance with SIL 2 in compliance with IEC61508.

A contactor on the motor side is not required as a result of the safe standstill function
