Master
The AS-Interface master establishes the connection to higher-level control systems.
It automatically and independently organizes data transfer along the AS-Interface
cable and provides the sensor and actuator signals at an interface.
As well as scanning the signals, the master also transfers parameter settings to the inividual nodes and monitors and carries out diagnostics. |
