Many automobile manufacturers know from experience that our simulation work creates assurance for decision makers and helps to prevent faults.
In sequence simulation it is important to optimize the assembly concept and the quantity structure by practice-oriented checking of the results of planning and their effects on costs. Workplace simulation, by contrast, is used for verifying ergonomic and safety requirements.
Experience has shown that it makes sense to carry out simulation in several project phases: at the end of the planning and configuring phase, during startup, but also when changing models. Simulation provides reliable information in many regards – from verification of the planning or implementation concept, through verification of availability, right up to localization of optimization potential, in the case of bottlenecks, for example. |
