Advance Exchange (as required)

To support equipment that is important but slightly less time-critical, you may consider a maintenance strategy that uses the Advance Exchange Service when needed. Remanufactured items from Siemens' service stock (if available) will be priority shipped to your site upon request, in advance of receiving your faulty item.

Standard Exchange (as required)

To support equipment that is not time-critical, you may consider the Standard Exchange Service when needed. Remanufactured items from Siemens' service stock (if available) will be despatched by standard shipment to your site upon receipt of your faulty item.
