Qualification for the highest service quality

Together with our partners we are continually developing cooperation in the four areas of the program: marketing/sales, strategy and technology and in the absolute orientation to the needs of our customers.

Solution Partners must fulfill specific quality criteria in the fields of technology, service, supplier loyalty and marketing. At least two employees in a company must be certified for a particular product segment.

Solution Partner – Specialist
Building on the qualification as Siemens Solution Partner, a Solution Partner can specialize in specific product segments. Also required are successful audits, regular participation in specialist workshops, established solutions and consulting and engineering services as well as additional service obligations.

Solution Partner – Industry
The Solution Partner Industry must have completed a sector-specific certification successfully. He/she must also have .proven his/her expertise through his/her market position and successful projects in the relevant sector. Certified quality and project management and extensive consulting, engineering and sector know-how are special requirements.
