Control plug-in units with analog setpoint interface
Control plug-in units with the analog setpoint interface communicate with higher-level CNC, positioning and PLC controls using the previously customary ±10 V speed setpoint interface.
The user-specific parameters and the start-up data are entered directly on the module or on a separate setting module. With this parameter module setting data can also be entered in another axis. A user-friendly interface monitors operation and reports faults via a 7-segment display and relay output levels. In addition to this single-axis control plug-in unit a simpler variant is also available with a standard interface in the single-axis as well as in the double-axis version. The main spindle and asynchronous motor drives work with a field-oriented control. The closed-loop algorithms are executed on a microprocessor. Parameters provide the basis for specific drive data and start-up settings. Limit comparators signal the operating status to the machine control.
