Please check the diagnosis  screen, due to some nck-plc signal interlock – it is appearing. Please cross check the basic interlocks which should satisfy before starting Reference. I think m/c is running at JOG mode. Please revert back.

Regards,
Sanjoy

Dear Sanjoy
Thank you at first , now when I measure the 24 v signal from FMN-C to the drives to enable the drives , the 24 v is missing . some times 24 V became present at the drive , and at this moment , every thing is ok . the problem was happend before on a long intervals , now it is repated so much , do you think the FMN-C is faulty , or it needs some signals to work properly.
what arew the interlcks for the FMN-C

Yes, there is one alarm Number  300504 and 25000.In normal status, we use 300504 and 25000 for axis encoder alarm. If the encoder was fault or the calbe fault or the module interface fault, then the asix alarm that measuring system no active.

maybe in you system there is no alarm number, you should contact with OEM.
