Hi,

That I know, the TIA will be released for Windows 64 bits just from V11 SP2 (not yet avaliable sad). At other side, there is no offitial garanty that it runs in virtual machines.
Witch XP version do you have (XP SP3)?
Can you post the printscreen of the error message?

Exactly, that is XP professional SP3, 32-bit. This OS is installed on virtual machine under windows 7 professional 64-bit as compatibility XP mode. Under XP, I installed all Siemens and other 32-bit software (step 7, microwin, TIA portal 10.5, wincc flexible 2008, logosoft,....) and all work properly...

Looking at your log file I see:
08:04:27|WARNING   |MsiSetupPlus::CustomInitialize()        |(07) Error Opening MSI Package. ERROR_INSTALL_REMOTE_PROHIBITED; Details: ; Path: \\TSCLIENT\E\InstData\UCLES\Media\WINCCBASUCL.msi

Now I am not sure as why this error occurs but we can clarify very quickly:
1. Do you connect via remote desktop on that virtual machine? If yes, can you open the VM console screen and try to install again.
2. If the above is not true can you copy all the setup files locally on your vm folders (C:\SetupDirTmp\) and run the setup again?

Hello Dec,
I accepted your second advice and copy all DVD on c root of local disk. After that, software was installed without problem. Thank you very much.
