Hello,

Could be a compatibility problem between Windows7 and Step7. If the OS there is 32bits then reinstall of Step7 might helps.

Best regards,

Is it a tablet PC? Do you have 5.5 with latest HF5 or without?
Please give some more details, otherwise we are not able to give you some help.

Have Fun!

 Hi Mushriq

Well did you install any microsoft updates, because some updates are not recaommended by Siemens.

Please check if you have anti virus on auto protect or any firewall. Because once i had installed Kaspersky and had lot of problems with Step7 V 5.4

Have fun..Rnf:lblSmileyTooltip_

Hi  Tagolover

I will never install an antivirus on my work computer. Virus protection and security should be implemented organizational methods. Viruses themselves do not appeargrin. If you installed Kaspersky -  add to trusted programs  Step7 - will be less problems. Kaspersky previously reported and the virus in Setup Step7 V 5.5.grin
