How to configure in WinCC Flex 2008 (SP1 HF5) an external tag from PLC which changes every XX seconds (< 60s) as a trigger tag to run the script ?

Its not possble. Lowest time value using scheduler is one minute. Scheduler can trigger script, but its not capable of handling one second. I think its because running script every second will give hard workload on operating panel. If you still need it then the only possibility is using tag from PLC.

In the Tag properties, define a change event which triggers the script... 
Have the PLC change the tag value at a defined time...
