Dear All,
Here the problem, the machine always OFF at saturday and sunday, so there is no power connected to PSU and condition of CPU is in STOP. At monday, i switch the power ON then PSU will be ON right? But it was not.
24V Led and BASP,QVZ,ZYK is flashing together. I have to wait for approximately 1 hour until they are stop flashing. After that i can turn CPU to RUN and the machine working normally.
I am curious what caused 24V Led in PSU and BASP,QVZ,ZYK is flashing together?
I have read S5-115U Programmable Controller, especially in Error Diagnostics chapter but i can't find something like this.

Thank you allgrin

Hello

BASF - output disable (ouput of he output modules aren't enable). And censell after OB21 and OB22 (RESTART) have been processed. After switching on the power supply module or after Overall Reset (mode selector at STOP), the STOP LED and the BASP LED light up.

QVZ - timeout (CPU went into STOP mode) - If the CPU does not receive the Ready signal within 160 μsec., it stops and outputs the "QVZ" (time-out) error message. The Ready delay time is the time that elapses between the arrival of the Request signal in the module and the module's Ready signal. The delay time depends on
• The Ready delay time of the module itself;
• The interface module used and;
• The length of the cable.

You look at manual (page 139,140) for more details about this error.

ZYK - Scan time exceeded: The program scanning time is greater than the set monitoring time.

About 24 V Led - Operating voltage displays:
          • +5 V supply voltage for the input/output modules;
          • +5.2 V supply voltage for PG 605U, OPs, BT 777 bus terminal;
          • +24 V for serial interface (20 mA current loop interface).
With ON/OFF switch (I=ON, 0=OFF) enable this voltages. When the switch is in the "OFF" position, the operating voltages are disabled without interrupting the connected line voltage.

Finaly, with switch on "ON"  you must receive all lamps.? Not only 24V Led.blush For me this 1 hour to wait until CPU goes to STOP is too much. Will be interesting what will happend on the next switch OFF. blink

regards

If QVZ, ZYK and BASP are flashing at the same time, what mean of it?
