I had same problem and update OS does't work for me.

But I try recompile all program of panel compile -> Software (rebuild all) and after that and download to panel everything is OK.

Same problem as just described by ello.

Also tried OS-Update as well as loading again.

So I figured it must have corrupted the application.

I rebooted the PC and compiled the entire application again, downloaded and it worked.

(using V11 SP2, 64Bit; TP700)
