Authorization Error

Dear Friends,
I have a problem with the authorization of PCS7 that is when I use the PCS7 V7.0 in my computer, I have an error about authorization which the screen shot of the error is available in attach file, and the strange thing is when I check this authorization with Automation License Manager, it said, the mentioned license is OK & Used, so could you please help me what should I do for clearing this strange problem?

please attach a screenshot of your Authorization License Manager, showing the installed license keys.
