Hello sa3a

unless a member here has psychic abilities, it will be next to impossible to advise you what the problem is based on the info you provided.
Having said that, allow me to ask if you have seen and acted on the list of questions from the 7/29/2012 @ 3:34 am that you were given in your how can i print strings in red color via CP340 ? thread?

If so, what did you find (the answers to them may help you with this problem)?

Cheers

fritz

Hello sa3a

the best (and possible only) advice I can give you is to rool back to the program backup that worked.
Should you not have the original backup anymore, you'd need to manually retrace your steps and "undo" the changes that you made.
Alternatively, I suggest you get in touch with your nearest Siemens Solution Partner and asked them to come to your site and give you a helping (chargeable) hand.

I hope this helps

Cheers
