Hello Experts,  
                      I am using s7-1200 plc having cpu 1214c dc/dc/rly version 2.0, i want to communicate with plc using
1) Modbus  TCP/IP coomunication, or
2) RAW communication using TCP/IP

I am having all tools to communicate or write program  through pc, Bt want to know to write program from PLC side...plz help me
