One of our customer is having 6SE6430-2UD41-1FA0 VFD FX type and its giving F22 Fault whenever its switched on we tried to remove the out put cable but still the same fault is there and its a permanent fault , tried to check IGBT with  basic diode check seems normal ,

and also found UCE faults are identified  r0947 = 22 and the fault value r0949 = 12 , Can somebody please explain what is the meaning of UCE  fault  detected and what does the fault code r949=12 means .

What else can be checked on this drive and how can we test the IGBT . Please suggest a solution.

Hi, please use the search function in the forums, this is a very common question.

Please see:

r949 = 12 means that the UCE fault is detected in output phase 'U'
