If the computer the helpfiles (CHM files) from the STARTER programma not can open.
Copy the installprogram that has been download tot a USB stick.
Try then if the helpfiles (CHM files)can be opened.
Install then the STARTER program from the USB stick or delete the installprogram from your harddisk en copy the installprogram back from the USB stick.
