Dear Sir
while using S110 in USS network with S7 - 1200 , is it possible to connect the starter through profibus.
Kindly Guide me

No this is not possible. You can´t use the interface for a profibus communication.
If you want to connect the starter to the S110 which is using USS then use the "Serial PPI" connection with a null modem cable.
