Hi All,

We have Micromaster integrated drive in one of our chiller factory fitted.

The VFD fitted to motor is tripping if the motor is running at rated speed.

We need to change the current setting of the motor and we have connected to OPM2 and trying to change the current.

After changing parameters we have downloadedinto drive but still when we check the old parameters are retained in the drive.

Can any one help me on this how to change the drive parameters and has to retain after power down and restart of the VFD.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Shashi

Thanks Jens S for replay,

We have checked all the parmeters mentioned in your reply, After we select the download

The message will appear as downlaod Copy parameter set from OPM2 to drive when we select P download will happen then after when we check in the drive old values are reatined no change.

What about p971?

P971 = EEPROM storage control 0 - 1
0 =   Changes to parameter settings (including P971) are lost when power is removed.
1 =   Changes to parameter settings are retained during periods when power is removed.

IMPORTANT:
When using the serial link to update the parameter set held in EEPROM, care must be taken not to exceed the maximum number of write cycles to this EEPROM - this is approximately 50,000 write
cycles. Exceeding this number of write cycles would result in corruption of the stored data and subsequent data loss. The number of read cycles are unlimited.
