Simodrive 611A, reverse rotation

Simodrive system was installed on the old equipment as a replacement of a broken servo system. At the stop (decreasing analog setpoint), on a slow speed, drive rotate backwards, ~1/8-1/10 turnover of the motor shaft, then stopped. Setpoint only positive, drift is adjusted correctly. What's the problem, any ideas?

Hello....
Are you sure setpoint voltage 56/14 is given properly....may be acceleration and deceleration need to be checked.

Yes. The situation doesn't change when we use a laboratory power supply for setpoint and test only drive, without machine. Maybe the problem is related with tacho signal, all 3 signal are correct, but summary signal of current motor speed on test sokcet is very strange...
