wincc flexible 2008 sp3 project creation problem

(0)  I installed wincc flexible 2008 sp3 on windows 7 x64 completely with no problem after I started wincc, it asked me to create an empty project first. when I clicked "create an empty project", it loaded a few things and then this error message showed up: "creation of the template failed.Try to create the project again. If it fails agian, contact support. A file with this name already exist." Note: I had installed Step 7 v5.5 SP2 before installing wincc. So what did I do wrong? and what should I do?? What are the possible causes of an unsuccessful Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express installation or why is creating or opening a WinCC flexible 2008 project aborted? Tweety

Tweety thanks for the tip but I've already read through all that page and did all the points necessary including 2.1 but still no luck. I'll keep trying to fix it and I appreciate it if anyone else have other solutions to share. I think the last option would be to re-install the whole windows 7.
