Hi!

I have an application were i insert a tachometer in the main actual value input (XT1.103-.104) of the Sinamics DCM. The problem i have is that the tachometer outputs only alternative current. I'm wondering does the input in DCM suport AC? By using parameter p50743 i can create absolute value of the input, so the scaling is not a problem. And the device were the tachometer is installed only rotates in one direction, so i won't need direction data. I quess the question is mainly about the electronics of the DCM and its inputs?  Do they work with AC, or do i have to find a alternative way to solve the dilemma.Rnf:lblSmileyTooltip_ think

Thanks in advance!
