6RA80 auto current controller optimisation

(0)      Dear All, I am using below drive and when I tries to optimise armature current controller in auto (P50051=25) actual armature current goes up to 240% of rated motor current (p50100). Drive Number - 6RA8025-6DS22-0AA0-Z Drive rating - 60A & 415V P076 = 70% = 41.92 Amp P50100 = 38A During P50051=25 armature actual current went up to 92Amp. (r50117 = 220% = 92Amp ) (r50019 = 240% = 92Amp) Kindly let me know why such things should happened because as per manual during current controller optimisation in auto armature current will rise up to 75% of motor rated current. In 6RA70 I never face such problem. Thanks & Regards,  DK

Joined 12/28/2007 Last visit: 3/16/2013 Posts: 20 Rating:  (0)	(0)  hello... everything was setted well... afetr auto optimisation I did the manual optimsation of current controller and step responces OK howevevr again I tried to do auto optimisation then actual current goes upto 220%. Generally it must go up 70% and some peaks (spikes) can go up to 120% as my experince in 6RA70. Kindly do the needful. Thnks & regards, DK
