chassis type drive 75 kw not giving output to close line contactor although 23v is available in X9:1,2.
pls tell me how X9:4,5 contact is becoming NC contact.

We have 2 nos of 75 kw chasis type master drive.Both drive not giving contact to close main contactor.Other s are ok(other ratings).
MLFB number of 75 kw chasis type drive is 6SE7031-5EF60.
PSU is not giving contact to close main contactor.On what condition x9:4 and x9:5 contact closes.
what will happen if we short the contact.

Is it parameter driven.

Yes it is parameter driven, but very few people change from the standard sequence control. Check Parameter P601, this will normally contain B124 which is the energise main contactor. This comes from the sequence control state "Ready for Pre-Charge", kind of inbetween "Ready for Switch On" and "Pre-Charging"

Refer to Function diagrams 91 and the state diagram in FD 520.
