Hardware error: FILE_NOT_FOUND (1739:10) during compiling of safety program

Dear All Users,
I have developed a safety program in CFC. my CPU is S7-417F/FH. Previously I had developed 4 fail safe CFC  and 2 standard CFC in my project and compiled it without any errors. after some day I added 6 fail safe CFC to my project. after that when I compile my project an error message with the following text apears and terminated the compiling procedure.
"Compile chart as block type (1739:10)"
" Hardware error : FILE_NOT_FOUND"
" d:\My_Prj\s7asrcom\00000001\forceswitch.scl"

I try many times and do alot of procedures such as "Reorganize" the project , delete all CFC that are created automatically and recompile and ... but all the time I am confronted with the above error.
in addition some time the error appears for another file in the same folder for example for "setparamassignment.scl" and "castingassignmentcode.scl" file.

Is there anybody tell me whats the problem?

dear farzad

you should check when you copy the new failsafe block form other project to privouse the name of block including header and symbolic name change or not the , then if you find you should change it ,all relative blocks must be copy to new project.

Hi turbomedia,
I didn't copy fail safe block from other project. I create my own F block type and I tested it in fail safe  CFCs of project and it works properly. but after adding some CFCs to my project it doesn't work and doesn't compile completely.

dear farzad

first of all let me to know , what is the version of previouse & latest the CFC?, because i wanna to know you have mismaching between two available version , i guess when you were upgrading the CFC some hardware configuration missing or didnt updating.

Hi turbomedia,
I had created all of CFCs in the same version. I had CFC Editor version V7.1+SP2.
and all of CFCs created in this version.

Dear all,
the same problem appeared when I compile " entire program" but when I compile "only changes" it compiled correctly!!!!!????.

Hi all,
Finally I found where is the problem. I used Microsoft Essential Security on my laptop. I uninstalled this damn antivirus! and now everythings are OK.

I had same problem as well, but I will try to exclude the project library from the security essential.

And I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that this post was updated with the answer to the problems.

               I had the same problem with Compilation and after i saw this solution in the Forum am happy. I just disabled Virus & Spyware Protection and able to Compile without any problem.Rnf:lblSmileyTooltip_
