Hello again.
Once connected to the "telecontrol" My project is almost finished. But the features that are required now, run away from me again.
What I do not get this time, is connect via Teleservice.
Following the tutorial I get to register in the PLC using my username and password teleservice.
The PLC led me also demonstrated.
When I go to the next step, get on line, the TIA did not find the PLC with the ip: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
Is the last step to make it...

Hello Fedenaa,

you are able to connect to the CP but not to your CPU (which are two steps). You should check these two points:

1) Do you have another network adapter in the same subnet on your PC? Maybe TIA wants to connect to the CPU via the wrong adapter.

2) Do you have configured the right IP address for your CPU?  Online and offline the same address?

Gruß / best regards

Hi Rated.
Thank you for your answer grin. I understand about the two steps, including myself as I thought .
The IPs are the same, in my case 192.168.0.196
I did not find how to assemble a "subnet" between the PC and the engineering station. The existing subnet is between HMI and the CPU.

grin I did it! My problem is that the teleservice was not on the same subnet.
I also had to change something in the windows control panel.
I leave the images (of what I changed) for you.
is the first solution that I gain from this page. Thank you! grin
