Problems starting Step5 v7.23

J.A.T. Joined 11/1/2005 Last visit: 3/23/2013 Posts: 19 Rating:  (0)	(0)  Just recently, i have a problem starting Step5 V.23. I don't know if im using a hotfix and i can't check rigth now because the program doesn't start. I have a Siemens PG M3 with Windows XP Service Pack 3. Im attaching a picture with the error.
