Transfer PB modify into cpu 943 S5-115U

(0)  Hallo I have another problem.... I must transfer into memory cpu 943, the PB modified but is not possible... I have S5 software under win95 I don't remember how i can do for transfer the program modified into a cpu of the S5-115U plc.... I must clear the Eprom and re-transfer the program into the Eprom?  Is not possible transfer the PB modified into the AG, only? Another question: when i have finish the modify, is necessary transfer the new software plc into the Eprom?
