(0)  HI , I have a SINUMERIK  810D: with error PLC has not startted 2001 when I do reset PLC with S4 switch I have alerdy when S4=0 and S3=0 led 5v  ON      led PR ON   led SF  ON is it logic to have SF ON or is there any hardwere problem  ? I do I reset with steep 7 ver 5.3   with direct laison  and I have a same problem SF ON !!! my second problem is when I want to download NC and PLC program with winpcin I do startup + password is SUNRISE service + data startup + data in when I presss ENTER to select NC or PLC I have this message " NO WRITE ACCESS TO DATA ". I can't find the problem !!!! thanks .

(0)  Hello.... If you have clear your NC and PLC problem should not come...does the back what you have is the right one.... If you have step7 goto diagnosis and see module information??? any error shows... see in your hardware configuration any modules are not recognized.. Regarding the " NO WRITE ACCESS TO DATA " could you check the display MD there is information regarding the any thing may not be proper... Check it. SI-HACENE Joined 1/1/2012 Last visit: 5/2/2013 Posts: 37 Rating:  (0)	(0)  thank you for your reply I check there is no error on the module, but when I opened the file S7 that the manufacturer send me  I find the material hardwere with the modules witch we have in the box and when   read with Is7 the 810d I can't  find them ??? other think is there any protection with key soft to do DATAIN via WINPCIN ??? waitting for your replay.

May be in your laptop the hardware configuration is is not loaded is guess ??? check it If your Clear your NC and PLC default you can enter the password... Hello... Have you tried installing any other backups and checked same error appears !!!!!! I seriously doubt it could be improper backup.....try loading other backup and check. (0)  hello thank you for your help Mr  Prakash I managed to transfer the program to the CN using PCIN but in DOS mode with 2400 bd 1,8,N  it take some time but good result , I can read the program in the CN. Now I want to tranfer my PLC program that the manufacturer gave me in format S7 What software should I use to do the transfer. because when I use steep 7 ver 5.4  I can't see the hard configuration when I do the tranfert. thank you in advance
